Our method is simple; we aim to provide our customers with a tailored architectural service to meet the their requirements. We listen and prepare design options for discussion. From the outset we will prepare design studies to give the best impression of the possible outcome for the project. We work predominantly in the Surrey area within 25 mile radius of Chaldon and Caterham. First consultation is of course free and we offer competitive rates for each stage of the design process.

Our Design Management practice is focussed on assisting Architects, Project Managers, Developers and Contractors.

Stage 4 Technical Design/Contractor Design - packages.

From a design perspective we focus on Stage 4 technical design delivery of architectural packages assisting architects and contractors complete their design responsibilities.

Who are we?

Colin Westpfel is a Chartered Architect and qualified in 1991. Colin has worked as a chartered architect since 1991 and in Tier 1 construction design leadership roles for the last 15 years.

With more than 40 years experience in architecture and construction design management I specialise in design development of complex projects across health, education, commercial and residential sectors. I am committed to:
